Dear members!

In less than a week the District 95 Spring Conference will take place in Timisoara.

The winner of our Division G Speech Contest – Vanya Eide – will compete for the best District 95 Speaker – and the winner in Timisoara will further represent our district at the International Convention in 2016 in Washington DC, USA.

Our presence and support to Vanya at the District Conference is therefore very important.

The second important issue is that District Conferences are also the possibility for us to take part in discussions and decisions that affect us directly. One of the important issues are elections of the district leaders for 2016-2017 Toastmasters year. That procedure requires voting of the members during the conference.

The rules require members’ presence or assigning proxies to members of the clubs that travel and attend District Conferences. Club Presidents and VPE are given the possibility  and the right to vote at the conference. In case if one of them or they both do not attend the District conference, but members of their club do – then the one that is not attending the conference needs to assign the proxy to the MEMBER OF THEIR CLUB ONLY THAT WILL ATTEND THE COINFERENCE IN TIMISOARA using the following link:

https://toastmastersd95.formstack.com/forms/d95_proxy_spring2016

It is not possible to assign the proxy to members of other clubs that attend the conference in Timisoara!

Please harry to check who from your club is attending the conference and make sure they know they are assigned the proxies.

 Happy Toastmastering!

Dear ALL!

Welcome to 2016!

Many interesting meetings, contests and events will take place in 2016.

Make sure all your events are in Easy-speak! so members from other clubs, areas, division, district and other countries can find you!

To ensure your efforts are recognised we will find the best club to keep updated Easy-speak site for its members!

Results are to be announced on April 16-17, 2016 at the Division G Spring Conference that will take place in Copenhagen.

Happy Toastmastersing in 2016!

Kind regards

Svetlana Breum
