The Toastmasters Mission A statement of shared values
Every Toastmasters club shares the same mission, clearly defined in the following mission statement:
We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth..
Through this mission, each Toastmaster gains a clear understanding of the club's purpose, and the organization as a whole benefits from a shared set of values and goals.

Dear all,
Have you thought how are your club meetings held?
Are they funny, different or even challenging?
Do you provide specific theme and do you ask your members for their input?
If at least one of this question you answer with 'No", you may try to ask yourself what we as a club officers can do to improve the club atmosphere.
For me personally, meeting new guests and seeing how they deliver their first speech and improving overtime is a big motivator.
However in order to attract new members we must first try to add this extra spices to our meetings and make them extraordinary.
Starting from February and all the way till the end of March, every club who attract 5 new, dual or reinstated member’s will receive: Talk Up Toastmasters! ribbon.
The opportunity to "upgrade" the club atmosphere to the next level starts with you, now!.
