Welcome to the Autumn 2016 District 59 Shop page!

Here is how it works. You pre-order and pre-pay what you want. The district will order  the merchandise from the Toastmasters International Shop and have your order ready for pick-up at the upcoming District Conference in Madrid 11-13 NovemberPrices are pegged using an exchange rate of 1 €/$. You save shipping charges, credit card fees and import duties!

Pre-payment and Conference Pick-up
Pre-payments must clear the district's bank account by Sunday the 23rd of October. Any unpaid orders will be canceled. Pick up your pre-paid orders at the district conference in Madrid. If you send someone else to pick up your order, be sure to communicate this to us when you place your order. Note: unclaimed items will not be shipped nor refunded after the conference.

How to submit your order
Enter your username on the Bookings page Request Form to see a list of merchandise that we are offering. If an item you want is not listed, contact the team and we will add the item to the request form. (Have you no username, yet? Register for free here Forgot your username? Use the "Find a user" button on the Bookings page to search by name or email address, or a part of a name or part of an email address; then select the username you have found. Please, only one username per Toastmaster is allowed.)

To place an order, go to the
Bookings page Request Form and make your selection. For information about an item, you can click on the item name to open more details in a separate browser page. Also, if someone other than yourself will pick up the order, at the bottom of the Booking Form, tell us who will pick up the order where it says "Additional information for the booking."

Once you have finished all changes, make one single bank transfer for the order.  Please be sure to include your order booking number (i.e. the 67560-XXX code) when you make your bank transfer order. 

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
To cancel or change an existing order, simply revisit the Bookings page Request Form and edit the quantity for the items in your original request. To cancel a request, set the quantity for the item(s) to a blank space. After submitting your changes, you will receive another email confirmation that summarizes the changes. If you cancel after you have already paid, we can refund 100% only if the cancellation is before midnight Sunday the 3rd of April.
