Hi Bill,

 

I have 2 questions about the 2017 officers who were assigned on July 1st 2017.

Our president is now "Oliver Busch", Past President is "Iris Wedemeyer".

 

1. Why does Oliver´s officer history not show his current role as president?

 

2. When a new member is entered EasySpeak sends a mail both to the new member stating his initial password. When I entered a test member I saw that Iris (our past president) was in copy. I suppose it should go to our president Oliver instead.

The member was entered on July 5th 2017, when the new officers had already been in power.

 

Is there a screen or function where I can update the 2017 officers?

Hi Rolf,

I'm having trouble recreating the first issue you report.

When I look at Iris' profile and look at her officer history, I see that she was president this past year:

 

And for the matter of notifications when an account is created, I just checked your club's Set-up in the Club Control Panel and, just as I suspected, Iris has used her personal email address as the administration address of the club. So, I suggest you update the club's email address.  If your club has hotmail a gmail account, you might prefer to use that instead of the email address of a member.
